What’s lovely about this definition, is that it encompasses the relationship between ourselves and our surroundings.

Travel is a dance between ourselves and the places we roam, so being present is a way to fully experience our adventures.

What is Mindful Travel?

Mindful travel is wonderful tool for well-being.

It’s a way of relating to our experiences in a relaxed & open-hearted way.
